If you have purchased Feast account credits through the $100 for $90 program, on October 21 we have refunded your remaining credit balance to the credit card we originally charged. Refunds may take 5 - 7 business days to appear on your statement and you will have received an email confirmation. If you did not receive your notification via email, please Contact Us or send us an email at hello@eatfeast.com and we will sort it out.

If you have account credits that were issued through promotional programs or our Refer-a-Friend program, those credits do not have any cash value and will not be reimbursed as per the Feast Terms of Service. Unfortunately account credits cannot be used for purchase with Feast retail partners.
